When you visit our website, we collect only the domain name of visitors (internet service provider), but nothing from your local computer. We also collect “traffic” data on pages that readers access or visit and information volunteered by readers, such as that provided in on-line forms.

The information we collect is used solely to improve the content of our site and/or to provide you with requested information on our products and services. This data is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. We will not sell or rent our customer list to any third party merchant.

For our Online Bill Pay, we do partner with Merchant Service vendors to help us process payment information. We use only nationally respected and secure vendors to assure us and you of the integrity of your information.
If you provide us with an email address, we would only send an e-mail to you under three circumstances:

1. you request specific information;
2. we identify opportunities to reduce your costs or improve your service; or
3. there are safety issues to communicate.

If you supply us with your street and/or postal address we will only use it for the following purposes:

1. location for propane gas delivery,
2. invoices,
3. opportunities to save money, or
4. instructions.

Telephone numbers will be used for delivery or account status information, but not for unsolicited sales or marketing.
